Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending steady to firm for tenders and boneless skinless
breasts, mostly steady for dark meat cuts and steady to instances weak for
wings. Trucklot buying activity is light to moderate as dealers continue to
assess market conditions during early week trading. Offerings of tenders
are in good balance and clearing well. Boneless skinless breasts are light
to moderate, dark meat cuts are moderate with thigh meat in the better
position. Wings and bone-in breasts are moderate to heavy for current
needs. Market activity is slow to moderate.
